Shanghai International Petroleum Petrochemical Exhibition(SIPPE)is a key exhibition strongly supported by Shanghai Municipal Government and China Council For The Promotion Of International Trade(CCPIT). SIPPE is organized by Shanghai Petroleum Society, CCPIT Pudong Sub-Council, Shanghai Pudong International Exhibition Corporation and Shanghai Aiexpo Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. In the past 4 years, with the support of industry organizations and enterprises home and abroad, SIPPE has been growing year by year. Up to now, there have been 1200 enterprises from more than 30 countries and regions exhibiting in SIPPE. 45000 industry insiders from more than 40 countries come to visit. The total transactions in the 4 exhibitions amounted to 12.0 billion. Major media like CCTV, AABTV and Reuters have given live report on the exhibition. With the ongoing development of world economy, the global consumption of energy especially gas and oil expand dramatically. However, since oil and gas are non-renewable energy resources, it's really necessary to make use of new technology and new equipment in exploring more resources from the earth. At the mean time, the world is now paying more attention on how to improve the utilization ratio of oil and gas and how to achieve high efficiency, energy-saving, environment protection during the production process.
